Before you drive off
- Do the walk-around inspection together with our driver and note any existing scratches
- Photograph the car from all four corners, plus the odometer and fuel gauge
- Confirm the fuel level in writing on the handover sheet
- Adjust mirrors, seat and steering before you enter traffic
- Save the support number and your booking reference on your phone
During the rental
- Keep the car documents (in the glovebox) and your booking confirmation handy
- Plan fuel stops on highways rather than in unknown small towns
- Respect the included kilometres - track your distance on longer trips

The five-minute rule
Spend five minutes on the walk-around and photos at pickup. It protects you from any damage dispute at return and makes the whole rental stress-free.
Returning the car
Return the car at the agreed time, fuel level and location. Do a quick joint inspection with our driver, and the security deposit is released within 24 hours if everything is clean. There are no hidden cleaning fees for normal use.
