Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund. No questions asked. This allows us to offer the vehicle to other customers.
Cancel between 4-24 hours before pickup and receive 50% of your booking amount back. The remaining amount is retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
